Chuck is a native of McKenzie, Tennessee. While in law school, Chuck was a member of the National Constitutional Law Moot Court team. Following law school, he was chosen for a civil internship with the United States Army Judge Advocate's General Corps in the capacity of a law clerk for the Army Court of Military Review. Additionally, under the Honorable David Farmer, Chuck served as a law clerk for the Tennessee Court of Appeals.

Andrew has served on the Tennessee Bar Association's Board of Governors, Tennessee Bar Association's Board of Delegates, and Tennessee Bar Association's Young Lawyers Division Board of Governors as well as the Executive Committee. Andrew was honored to be chosen as a member in the inaugural class of the Tennessee Bar Association's Leadership Law program. Andrew also has been elected as a Fellow of the Tennessee Bar Association's Young Lawyers Division. Andrew has also served on the Jackson-Madison County Bar Association's Board of Governors.

Chris is a native of Jackson, Tennessee. While in law school, Chris received an award for outstanding academic achievement. He was selected for membership in both Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity and the Tennessee Journal of Law and Policy as its research editor. During law school, Chris was also involved in the Federalist Society, Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity, Christian Legal Society, and the University of Tennessee Advocacy Clinic.
